Part 2 Annual quota 3 Annual quota for commercial spanner crab fishery—Act, s 44 (1) For an ITQ year, the annual quota for spanner crabs that may be taken from the commercial spanner crab fishery (managed area A) is 1631t. (2) In this section— commercial spanner crab fishery (managed area A) see the Fisheries Regulation 2008, section 600A. ITQ year see the Fisheries Regulation 2008, schedule 11, part 2.
