Territorial sea of the Kingdom in the Netherlands Antilles (Extension) Act (Rijkswet), 9 Janua£y 1985 Section 1 The territorial sea of the Kingdom in the Netherlands Antilles shall be extended to 12 nautical miles, in accordance with rules to be laid down by general administrative order. Section 2 1. This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by us. 2. It may be cited as the Territorial Sea of the Kingdom in the Netherlands Antilles (Extension) Act.
