Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia nF>rY-PP # 7 !i 1 March 6, 1991 City of Yerevan "About Some Issues of Privatization of Vineyards and Orchards 11 The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Arrnenia decrees: sum of partial compensation for the young vineyards and orchards as well as for those vineyards and orchards which are subject t.o cutting down according to the uecre.e 1.ssuec by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia, should be equal to that of the partial compensation for the arable land of the same category. 2. The owners of' the young vineyards artd orchards will be oxempt from income tax till che saplings and seedlings reach full fecundity (the time will be fixed for each kind of fruits according to agrotechnical instructions). 3. All the decisions made by the Executive Committees of the district Soviets on restoration or cutting dawn of vineyards and orchards shall be submitted (in accordance with the established procedure) to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia for approval.
