ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA LABOUR CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020 No. 13 of 2020 AN ACT to amend the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code, Cap. 27 ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:

1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code (Amendment) Act 2020

2. Amendment of Division F, Section F5 – Application for work permit The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code is amended in section F5 of Division F as follows — (a) in subsection (1) by deleting the words, “complete in triplicate;”; (b) in subsection (2) be repealing the words “ten dollars” and substituting therefor the words “one hundred dollars”.
