Section 3(2) of the Quarantine Act, Cap 361 and of all other powers and authorities me thereto enabling, I do hereby appoint you Dr. Rhonda Sealey-Thomas, Chief Medical Officer as the Quarantine Authority with effect from the twenty- fifth day of March, 2020. 4 March 25th, 2020 THE ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA OFFICIAL GAZETTE - EXTRAORDINARY No. 16 ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA BY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL By virtue of the power and authority vested in me under
