1. Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.

2. Amendment to Regulation 27 Companies Regulations is amended by deleting regulation 27 and substituting the following – (1) Subject to these Regulations, the fees payable under the Act are as follows: (a) for certificate of incorporation $500.00 (b) for restoring name of company to register $300.00 (c) for amendment of articles $300.00 (d) for certificate of restated articles of incorporation $300.00 (e) for certificate of amalgamation of two companies $500.00 each additional company $200.00 (f) for certificate of continuance $300.00 (g) for filing of a court order for continuance $100.00 (h) to accompany a prospectus or statement in lieu of prospectus sent to the Registrar $200.00 (i) for an exemption under sections 144, 150, 154 $050.00 (j) for company search $040.00 (k) for an uncertified copy of any document or part thereof, in addition to the fee for search of a company per page $001.00 (l) for certification of any document $040.00 2020, No. 43 5 The Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. (m) for any filing, certificate or certification for which a fee is not provided herein $050.00 (n) for reservation of a name under section 514 $050.00 (o) for annual returns $350.00 (p) penalty for late filing of annual returns (subsequent to the deadline the Registrar may levy from that day and for every 90 days thereafter) $050.00 (per 90 day) (2) The fees payable in respect of an external company are as follows: (a) for certificate of registration for external company $750.00 (b) for certificate of registration in any other case $350.00 (c) to accompany annual returns $200.00 (3) If a fee is paid in respect of an application for exemption and the application is registered, withdrawn or abandoned, no part of the fee is returnable.
